Where Contemporary Design Meets Desert Living
Desert Horizon Residence was thoughtfully reimagined to embrace the beauty of its surroundings while creating a more open, connected home. By removing barriers between the kitchen and living spaces, the renovation introduced a brighter, more functional layout that seamlessly blends indoor comfort with Arizona’s spectacular desert views.
Every detail was intentionally selected—from handcrafted white oak cabinetry and waterfall quartz countertops to architectural feature walls and custom flooring—to create a timeless home that feels sophisticated, warm, and uniquely connected to its environment.

Open Concept Living
Removing the wall between the kitchen and bar created an open-concept floor plan that improves circulation and allows the kitchen, dining, and living spaces to flow together naturally.
Custom Designer Kitchen
The kitchen features custom white oak cabinetry, waterfall quartz countertops, a bold black slatted range hood, and premium finishes that create a sophisticated focal point for everyday living and entertaining.
Framing The View
The original gas fireplace was replaced with a large picture window that captures sweeping mountain views and fills the home with natural light. A custom electric fireplace finished in rich black Venetian plaster now anchors the living room with warmth and modern elegance.
Signature Craftsmanship
Engineered hardwood flooring extends throughout the home, complemented by a custom tile-inlay kitchen floor framed with a wood border—one of the home’s signature design details that beautifully defines the space while maintaining a seamless flow.
